M57n / M57n2 E53, E60, E61, E70, E71 and E83 Aftermarket Replacement Tensioner & Idler Pulleys
 
The billet tensioner pulley allows use of a much larger bearing in place of the OEM spec tensioner. These are complete replacement parts for the OEM tensioner and idler pulleys making for a seamless install using the OEM BMW tensioner arm. The billet aluminium pulleys will eliminate the plastic pulleys that tend to fail due to dirt, dust and water ingress that these motors see now due to being in larger, more open four-wheel drives.
 
These pair great with our power steering pump pulleys too!
 
These can also replace the factory air con pulleys on some motors that run an A/C drive tensioner pulley. Please contact us for additional information on which variations can be replaced.
 
The pulleys are made from a single piece of 6061 aluminium, designed and manufactured right here in QLD, Australia.
